The Full Company leads the architectural development and technical coordination of the Zoetry Cabo Real project as AoR, building upon the conceptual design by Nunzio Marc DeSantis Architects.
We manage the integration of all engineering disciplines and specialized consultants, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop the architectural and technical solutions needed for constructability. Our team also handles RFIs and technical clarifications to maintain alignment between design intent, regulations, and execution.
